Mandela Station - Oakland, CA
The LAPA Group is an equity partner with Strategic Urban Development Alliance, LLC (SUDA), and is assisting SUDA with developing Mandela Station in Oakland, California. This public-private partnership with the City of Oakland aims to transform the existing West Oakland BART station parking area, a 5.5-acre site, into a mixed-use project that adds to the community’s vibrancy and rich heritage. The development will include 300,000 square feet of office and life science space, 54,000 square feet of retail, 240 affordable residential units, and 520 market-rate residential units.
Oakland Coliseum - Oakland, CA
The LAPA Group is an equity partner with The African American Sports and Entertainment Group (AASEG), and is assisting AASEG with developing the Coliseum site in the eastern section of Oakland, CA. The initiative strives to create a successful sports and entertainment, educational, residential mixed-use, and business district at the current Coliseum site, thereby stimulating economic prosperity within the community.
