The LAPA Group consists of a nationwide network of real estate, government, and business professionals. Our group is comprised of several individuals and organizations with a broad array of real estate and government expertise on revitalizing communities. Our team excels in economic development, community and neighborhood development, real estate development, real estate acquisition and management, budget and financial management, and contract negotiation. Additionally, The LAPA Group CEO and President Robert C. Bobb has over 40 years working with government and real estate professionals, including 10 years serving on the Planning Commission for the City of Richmond, Virginia.

Patrick Bobb is the Principal Owner of The LAPA Group, and Chief Operating Officer of The Robert Bobb Group, LLC (“RBG”). He has 12 years of experience in Technology Management, Operations and Security Management, Project Management, Risk Advisory, and Business Administration.

President & CEO
Robert C. Bobb is the owner, President, and CEO of The LAPA Group. He has over 40 years of executive management experience and a nationwide reputation for helping governments, local communities, schools, real estate professionals, and businesses achieve financial and operational solutions, greater efficiency, and long-term viability.
